Mee Sua Soup - Healthy Food Loaded With Tender Loving Care!

Mee Sua Soup is the one Thai food my mum used to cook whenever we are not feeling 100% back in Thailand. Known as Gaeng Jued Misua (flour vermicelli) in Thai, this is a Chinese influenced dish.

This is definitely a dish to have when you have the need for a bit of "TLC - Tender Loving Care". When you have the sniffles and your throat hurts, when you have the fever and you do not have the appetite and all you want to do is to be left alone to crawl into your own little hole, this soup dish is a god send. Especially on a cold day, this dish will soothe your throat with its soft and silky texture.

A popular dish with many different versions adapted in different asian countries, there are many different ways you can cook this dish and there are varying ingredients that can be used. No matter which recipies used, you can be assured this is one healthy food that you can enjoy over and over again.

My version is cooked using minced pork and every time I cook this dish for my family, I remember the times my parents cooked it for me and my siblings.
